A young female archaeologist sets out to uncover the truth behind her father's mysterious disappearance, only to find herself entangled with an ancient wooden Buddha image cursed since time immemorial—an ominous relic that no one should ever have meddled with.

The story unfolds in a cursed mine, where Japanese soldiers and their captives find themselves trapped. As tensions between enemies reach a breaking point, they are forced to confront a terrifying, ancient monster lurking in the shadows.

A shaman's family learn that their goddess is supposedly controlling one of them. However, their lives take a frightening turn when they realise the goddess has nothing to do with the possession.
