Storyline
Emily, a social worker used to dealing with difficult cases in troubled families, is assigned to Lilith, a young girl who appears to be suffering abuse at the hands of her parents. After another violent incident, child services remove her from the home. Unwilling to send Lilith to a shelter, Emily, who has already grown attached to her, takes the girl in until a foster family can be found. But as the strange events around her become increasingly disturbing, Emily begins to realize that Lilith may not be as innocent as she seems.
