Four-Finger Frankie is supposed to deliver a stolen diamond from the U.S. to England for his boss, but while placing a bet at a bookie, he’s kidnapped by gangsters who want the stone for themselves.

Writer Marty is struggling with a lack of ideas for the screenplay of his new film. His friends make money by kidnapping dogs and returning them to their owners for a reward. But one day they steal the dog of a local gangster, and all of them end up drawn into an absurd and very dangerous adventure.
