Storyline
An FBI agent is sent to assist provincial Irish policeman Gerry Boyle in investigating the activities of an international drug cartel. What was supposed to be a routine case turns into a series of absurd and dangerous situations, as Gerry, who is used to doing things his own way, handles investigations with highly unconventional methods that include heavy drinking, prostitutes, and racist jokes.
